Hello Deviantart!
Let me start off by saying that I am far from new to DA. I've had countless accounts (Some are still up due to laziness to take them down), so some of my art up here might be under another name as well. Why have I finally decided to stick to one DA account? Well to be honest, I'm going off to college and I simply just want one location that holds all of my work. Most of my work will be uploaded in its' original state (especially the older work). So yes, some have eraser marks and folded edges, but hey...that's what gives it personality and a true idea of how old it really is. Also just for a heads up, I use a lot of reference poses and ideas for pictures off of google or images my friends show me on other sites. So by all means, PLEASE let me know ASAP if I used someone's idea on here and didn't credit them. It's only because I found their artwork on another site and didn't know they were part of DA. So PLEASSSSSE, let me know (politely as well) if I need to credit someone. Because I'd hate to not be credited on my personal work and I'm not an art thief.
Besides all that, let's tell you a bit about my style..
I draw mainly from site because that's how I was taught to draw by my mother. So needless to say, I draw better from references than from my imagination. But when I work with my hands (i.e sculpting, finger painting, building, paper crafts, etc...) my imagination is far more powerful than my eyes. I've learned to alter what my eyes see and create my own images (I guess my eyes and my imagination are finally working together), so as the years go on through my artwork, more and more unique characters appear. About 90% of my inspiration comes from my loving boyfriend, 5% comes from fantasy, and the last 5% from animals (Yes, I'll admit it now...I dig animal people. I'd most likely be a cross between a fox and cheetah girl). But other than that, there isn't much people can't find out by just talking to me.
I hope to make a lot of new friends, reconnect with old ones, and i hope that some people might like the work I do.
